St Kilda Football Club (AFL)

Under David’s leadership the following merchandise results were achieved:

  • 2003 $193,000
  • 2004 $1.4 million – Highest turnover in AFL that year.
  • 2005 Left St Kilda before season end

Melbourne Victory Football Club (Hyundai A-League)

Under Shared Services leadership the following merchandise results were achieved:

  • 2005 $423,000
  • 2006 $920,000 – including finals
  • 2007/08 $850,000 – no finals

Western Sydney Wanderers (Hyundai A-League)

  • Gained sales in excess of $1 million each year of contract

North Melbourne (AFL)

Shared Services Solutions were employed for 18 months to revitalize a struggling merchandise business.
In the first year of this contract Shared Services Solutions increased sales for the Kangaroos from $250,000 in 2006 to beyond $750,000 for the 2007 season. Doubled sales for the first 6 months of 2008.

Dalai Lama National Tour – June 2007

Shared Services Solutions managed the merchandise program for the national tour of the 14th Dalai Lama in June 2007. Shared Services Solutions developed the merchandise range for the tour, managed the on-line sales and mail orders. Merchandise sales were in excess of $600,000. The program continued on for another tour in June 2008.
