Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the outstanding results that you and the Shared Service Solutions team delivered for the Frankston Dolphins VFL FC Membership program.

At the end of 2016 our club was down and out, we had to rebuild and desperately needed support. When you first proposed that we could increase our membership 10-fold and enlist a huge army of club members to underpin our future success we just couldn’t see how that could happen. Now we know differently! With your inspiration, experience, knowledge, method and commitment we have exceeded all expectations and now count membership as a cornerstone of the club culture and our largest single club revenue stream.

The whole of the Mornington Peninsula thanks you for your role in bringing back the Dolphins. The doors of our club will always be open to you and your team.
