  • Helped the Club regain its VFL License to rejoin the VFL League in Season 2018

  • MMS were Contracted in 2016/17 to further develop their membership program

  • Owned by high profile international golf coaches and players
  • MMS were Contracted in 2016 to further develop and enhance their membership program
A – League – Western Sydney Wanderers FC
  • MMS were contracted for 2 years to develop membership for WSW in its first year in the A League
  • Club became the second largest membership base in the A League and still are today
  • Club had to cap membership at 17,000 due to full capacity at the stadium
  • MMS were also contracted to fully managed the merchandise program – Gained sales in excess of $1 million each year
A – League – Melbourne Victory FC
Membership Merchandise Services gained the contract to manage the membership and merchandise program for Melbourne Victory Hyundai A-League Football Club. The competition was introduced in 2005 to replace the National Soccer League. Melbourne Victory decided to outsource membership and merchandise to MMS rather than setting up these departments internally. Membership Merchandise Services managed all elements of membership and merchandise from development of the sales and marketing strategy to a full delivery process that includes staffing and managing game day. Membership includes all fulfillment, database management including data entry and inbound and outbound calls. Membership Merchandise Services managed membership for the first two years and merchandise for four years as an outsourced provider.

  • Generated in excess of $1 million dollars in merchandise sales each year of MMS contract
A – League – Melbourne Heart FC now Melbourne City FC
  • MMS developed the membership program and coached them through implementation
  • Melbourne Heart FC became the second highest membership base in the A – League in MMS contract years
A – League – Sydney FC
  • Membership Merchandise Services were contracted to develop the membership programs for the Sydney FC for season 2008/09
  • Membership Merchandise Services also developed a strategic plan to commence Sydney FC own Merchandise program for 2009/10
A League – Central Coast Mariners FC
  • Membership Merchandise Services developed the membership program for the Central Coast Mariners in the Hyundai A-League for the 2007 / 2008 season
  • MMS developed the sales and marketing strategy in coordination with Club management and had active involvement in implementation and game day activities at the Club’s home games in Gosford, NSW
NRL – Penrith Panthers
  • MMS Developed membership for 2 years and increased net profit by $650K within 2 years
NRL – New Zealand Warriors
  • Developed membership for 2 years
  • In MMS first years Club gained a 13% sales increase and in second year a 44% increase, the largest growth in the NRL
NRL – Cronulla Sharks
  • MMS were contracted season 2015/16
  • MMS were contracted to resurrect the membership and merchandise program that was in serious decline
  • Membership income grew by $700K
  • The NRL awarded the membership Club of the year in 2015/16 to the Cronulla Sharks for the transformation to become the best membership program in the NRL
NRL – Rabbitohs and Bulldogs
  • MMS were contracted by ANZ stadium for 3 years to develop membership for the NRL Rabbitohs and Bulldogs as part of a deal to entice the Clubs to play home games at the ANZ stadium
  • Both Clubs became within the top 3 membership base in the NRL and still are today
WNBL – Melbourne Boomers
  • MMS were contracted in 2016 to further enhance their membership program
Big Bash League (BBL) – Cricket Australia
  • MMS were contracted for two seasons to develop a membership program for the Big Bash League with great success
  • Many clubs were hesitant to have membership as only a 4 game season
  • BBL membership program has been very successful, having seen year on year growth since its inception of over 30%
AFL – North Melbourne Football Club
  • Membership Merchandise Services fully managed the merchandise program for the Kangaroos in the AFL in the same manner as Melbourne Victory. Membership Merchandise Services managed the retail outlet, game day sales, mail orders, in and outbound calls and design and development of the merchandise catalogues.
AFL – Hawthorn Football Club

  • The club went From 12000 to 31475 members within these five years
  • First AFL Club to reach 20,000 and 30,000 members
AFL – StKilda Football Club
  • David Friend Managing Director of MMS was General Manager Membership and Merchandise (full time) St Kilda Football Club 2002 – 2005
  • The club went From 17,000 members to 31,650 within these three years
NBL Sydney Kings
Membership Merchandise Services developed and supported the membership strategy for the NBL Club, the Sydney Kings, for the 2007 season. The Kings achieved a 50% sale growth in the second year of MMS contract
